WHAT I DO ...

I help time-starved mums break free from overeating & find peace with food – without dieting, guilt or depriving themselves.

Who it's for ...

What we can achieve together is remarkable. But my approach won’t be for everyone. Mums who’ve finally had enough of losing weight then watching the numbers on the scales climb again will get the most out of my service. As will those open to moving away from the more traditional approaches to slimming down.

Why It’s Special ...

This isn’t a diet or a meal plan. Nor is it a punishing exercise regime. I won’t tell you what you should or shouldn’t be eating. (Although I will clear up some common misconceptions about ‘healthy’ versus ‘non-healthy’ foods). Instead, I blend scientific evidence from the fields of nutrition, psychology and neuroscience with my empathy for you as a mum. (You’re doing an amazing job, BTW).

How It Works ...

You’ll understand why you eat and how your brain works. Then rewire your thinking to find lasting change.
